2. Right of Withdrawal (Norway)

Under Norwegian consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods. You may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging. You must notify us of your intention to withdraw within the withdrawal period.

3. How to Return

Contact us to initiate a return. Provide your order details and reason. We will send instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we have made an error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method. We may deduct an amount if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping. Your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law remain unaffected.

6. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened supplement bottles), unless the product is defective.
